PROJECT 01
Administration Team for airlines unused assets

(2015 to 2020)


 Mission: Representing Malaysia’s sovereign wealth fund, to manage and liquidize all Administrator’s private and liable assets from national flag carrier old company. The assets are 20 aircraft, 34 engines, multiple components, equipment and aircraft spares. We’re part of an administration team from Project Manager, Maintenance coordinator, Physical Inspector, Records consultant, planner, store experts etc.

 Challenges: Multiple assets administration with minimal resources and closed facility.

 Outcome: Success in assets management from KLIA to other facility at SZB, assets sales, part-out and transfer to new owner. Showcasing extensive operational capabilities in managing aircraft and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

PROJECT 02
A320 CEO Redelivery

(2021)

 Project: Representing assets owner for 03 Aircraft A320 CEO end of lease from one of ASEAN top low-cost carrier, and redelivery to new operator from Europe. Our team includes a Team leader, Physical & structure Inspector and Records consultant.

 Challenges: Multiple aircraft redelivery during Covid pandemic year 2021. The pandemic restriction presented unique challenges for aircraft lease return, requiring full adaptability, careful planning and continuous supervision.

 Outcome: From advance coordination between MRO, Operator and asset owner, 03 assets redelivered within a year with full return condition compliance. Our team's expertise played a crucial role in ensuring a compliant and efficient return process despite in world pandemic situation.

PROJECT 03
A330-200 Lease Returns

(2022)


 Project: Representing an Operator from middle east for 02 Aircraft A330-200 end of lease & return to lessor. We provide a complete team from Project Manager, Physical & Structure Inspector, Records consultant and planner.

 Challenges: Mid-pandemic showing a new rules and various restriction in workflow. Despite the complex return, asset’s location and geopolitics situation, we managed to support UAE national flag carrier to end of lease 02 A330-200 aircraft and return to the owner in full compliance.

 Outcome: Aligning with lease standards and return agreement, all compliance requirements were meticulously met during the redelivery process, with effective cost and within operator expectation.

PROJECT 04
A320 CEO Lease Returns

(2024 to 2025)


 Project: Representing an Operator from KSA Low Cost/Hybrid career for 01 Aircraft A320 CEO end of lease & return to lessor. Our team complete with a Project Manager, Physical & Structure Inspector, Records consultants and Spare controller.

 Challenges: The distance from the airline’s origin to the maintenance activity location present complication for the logistics, resources and times for end of lease activity. The MRO location at central of South Asia provide a unique geopolitical and bureaucratic challenges. These situations produce a complex return with multiple obstacles.

 Outcome: Through advanced coordination to address bureaucratic obligations, appropriate delegation among all stakeholders, detailed MRO supervision, and effective logistics management, we successfully completed the lease termination in full compliance with the return requirements. Despite significant complications, the delivery was executed precisely with successful completion.
